  • Providing customer support and service updates

3. Payment Processing

Payments made on our platform are securely processed through Razorpay, a certified payment gateway. We do not store or have access to your card details, banking credentials, or other payment information.

4. Data Security

All personal information is transmitted using secure technologies. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.

5. Sharing of Information

Your information may be shared only with authorized Certifying Authorities and service partners involved in the issuance and verification of Digital Signature Certificates. We do not sell, rent, or disclose your personal information to unauthorized third parties.

6. Data Retention

Documents uploaded for DSC processing, including PAN copies or other identity proofs, are stored only for the time required to process the application. For security and privacy protection, uploaded documents are automatically deleted from our servers after a limited retention period.

7. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted during the DSC application process is accurate and belongs to the applicant. Esco Fintech is not responsible for delays or rejection of applications caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
