Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Esco Fintech, we strive to provide reliable Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) services. This policy explains the conditions under which cancellations and refunds may be processed.

1. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before the DSC application is submitted to the Certifying Authority for processing. Once the application has been submitted for verification or issuance, cancellation is not possible.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • Duplicate payment made by the customer.

  • Order cancelled before the DSC application is submitted to the Certifying Authority.

  • Payment received but the service cannot be processed due to a technical issue from our side.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Payments become non-refundable in the following situations:

  • Once the DSC application has been submitted to the Certifying Authority.

  • Once the Digital Signature Certificate has been issued.

  • If delays occur due to incomplete information, incorrect documents, or verification issues from the applicant.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the transaction.
