1. About Our Services

Esco Fintech provides facilitation services for obtaining Digital Signature Certificates (DSC) for individuals and organizations. DSCs are issued by authorized Certifying Authorities in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and related regulations.

We may also provide related products such as USB cryptographic tokens (dongles) required for storing and using Digital Signature Certificates.

2. Orders and Payments

Payments made through this website are processed securely through our payment gateway provider. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate personal and identification information required for DSC issuance and verification.

Once payment is successfully completed, the DSC processing workflow will begin subject to verification requirements.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted during the application process is accurate and belongs to the applicant.

Incorrect information such as mismatched PAN details, incorrect Aadhaar information, or incorrect contact details may result in delays or rejection of the DSC application.

4. Verification and Compliance

Digital Signature Certificates are issued only after verification procedures conducted by the Certifying Authority. These verification procedures may include Aadhaar OTP verification, video verification, or other identity checks as required by regulatory guidelines.

5. Processing Time

DSC applications are generally processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment and submission of all required documents. Processing time may vary depending on verification procedures and Certifying Authority requirements.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before the DSC application has been submitted to the Certifying Authority. Once the DSC application has been submitted for processing or the certificate has been issued, the order cannot be cancelled.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered only if the DSC application has not yet been processed by the Certifying Authority. Once the application has been submitted for processing or the DSC has been issued, payments are non-refundable.

8. Delivery of USB Tokens

For orders that include USB cryptographic tokens (dongles), delivery will be arranged through courier or postal services. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination and courier availability. Esco Fintech is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier providers.

9. Limitation of Liability

Esco Fintech acts as a facilitation service provider for DSC issuance. We are not responsible for delays, rejection of applications, or additional verification requirements imposed by the Certifying Authority or regulatory authorities.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
